If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Cobra account and select 'Request Return' next to your order history.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Secure the device in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the device. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
